Back again for Toledo's annual Old West End Festival, Leyla and Lapis Lazuli can be seen in the gala parade down Robinwod Ave. Saturday morning, and again immediately following the end of the parade at the Main Performance Stage 11:30 am. Mesmeric and ALMA Drum and Dance perform as well!
